How to Start a Loyalty/Rewards Program?

Step 1: Profile Setup

  1. Login: Log in using your mobile number.
  2. Fill in Profile Information:
    • Enter necessary information such as your business name and type.

Step 2: Update Profile Information

  1. Click on the Profile Icon:

    • In the dashboard, press the profile icon.
    • Fill in the information you want your customers to see, such as:
      • Email ID
      • Website
      • App link
      • Address and other details
    • Click the Save button.

    Note: This information will be displayed on your profile screen.

Step 3: Set Up the "Loyalty Program"

  1. Click on the Loyalty Icon:

    • In the dashboard, press the “Loyalty” icon.
  2. Add New Loyalty Campaign:

    • The "Add New Loyalty Campaign" screen will appear.
    • Enter the campaign name in the "Enter campaign name" field, such as "Rewards Points" or another suitable name.
    • Ensure the "Campaign status" is enabled.
    • Set the welcome offer reward points here, which the user will receive upon their first QR scan.
  3. Submit:

    • Press the Submit button.
  4. Configure the Campaign:

    • In the dashboard, press the "Campaign" icon.
    • Click on the newly created Loyalty Campaign (e.g., “Demo-loyalty”).
    • Enable the details that will be shown to the customer when they scan the QR code, such as documents, email, website, Facebook, Instagram, address, etc.
    • Confirm the welcome loyalty points that users will receive upon their first scan.
    • Add URLs with custom captions if needed.
    • Check the provided information once and press Submit.

    Your campaign is now QR-ready.

Step 4: Use the QR Code

  1. Download/Share the Campaign:

    • The created campaigns will be visible in the “Campaign” section.
    • Click on the QR Code icon to download or share it.
  2. Use the QR Code in Print Media:

    • This QR code can be used in any print media such as newspaper advertisements, hoarding boards, leaflets, banners, visiting cards, stickers, standees, etc.
    • Download the QR-Code of the new campaign and place it in locations accessible to everyone.

Result

  • As soon as customers scan the QR code, their contact number will appear in your mobile application.
  • You can send WhatsApp messages to customers without saving their numbers.
  • Save all customer contact numbers together.

Step 5: Issue and Redeem Reward Points

  • Customers will scan the QR code placed by the shop owner.

  • Upon scanning, the shop owner will receive the user's information. The shop owner will then go to the "Recent scan" section, click on the mobile number, and proceed to the "Redemption" screen.

  • On the Redemption screen, the shop owner will enter the amount based on which the user will receive reward points.

    Note: Set the reward points based on the purchase amount (e.g., 5 points for every 100/- spent).
