Step-by-Step Guide to Creating QR Code for Lead Collection

Step 1: Profile Setup

  • Login: Log in using your mobile number.
  • Enter necessary information like your business name and type.
  • Fill in Profile Information:

Step 2: Update Profile Information Click on the Profile Icon:

  1. In the dashboard, press the profile icon.
  2. Fill in the information you want your customers to see, such as:
    • Email ID
    • Website
    • App link
    • Address and other details
    • Click the Save button.
    • Note: This information will be displayed on your profile screen.

Step 3: Set Up "Lead Collector" Program


  1. Click on the Campaign Icon:
    • In the dashboard, press the “Campaign” icon.
    • Click the Submit button.
  2. Create a New Campaign:
    • Press the “+” icon.
    • The “Add New Campaign Item” screen will appear.
    • Add the campaign name.
  3. Additional Information:
    • If you want to send a document to the customer, you can upload it here. Whenever a customer scans the QR-Code, they will receive the document.
    • Enable the details you filled in your profile section (such as email, website, Facebook, Instagram, address) to be visible
    • to the customer from here.
    • You can add a URL with a custom caption.
    • Check all the provided information once and click Submit.

Your campaign is now QR-ready.

 Step 4: Use the QR Code Download/Share Campaign:

  1. The created campaigns will be visible in the “Campaign” section.
  2. Click on the QR Code icon to download or share it.
  3. Use the QR Code in Print Media.
    • This QR code can be used in any print media such as newspaper advertisements, hoarding boards, leaflets, banners, visiting cards, stickers, standees, etc.
    • Download the QR-Code of the new campaign and place it in locations ccessible to everyone.
    • By following these steps, you can set up your profile and campaign, and effectively reach your customers with important information.
